Mahanagar Times, Jaipur: 28 February 2006: Today no part of Jaipur is untouched by encroachment. A large source of drinking water has also become a victim of encroachment. Amanishah’s drain is the only such water source on which future residents of Jaipur depend. If this source is dried in this way, then there may be a shortage of drinking water. Therefore, encroachment of these areas should be stopped soon. The administration should take the harshest possible action against the encroachers and curb them. So that they could not stop the encroachment but also harm the beauty of the city. – Sandeep Gupta.
